Job Description<\/strong><\/div>
\u2022 Monitoring all branches whether to comply with the laws and regulations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>
\u2022 Reporting to Financial Institution Unit filtering of suspicious transaction report submitted from branch office.<\/div>
\u2022 If any information requirements and deficiency with regard to reporting should be negotiate with the relevant branches.<\/div>
\u2022 Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the company.<\/div>
\u2022 Assisting to Head of Risk, Legal and Compliance<\/div>
\u2022 Accountable to reviews daily transaction alerts and to escalate these issues to MD\/DMD to ensure prompt filing of STRs.<\/div>
\u2022 Produce comprehensive investigative reports, including Suspicious Transactions (STRs) and Suspicious Activity Report for review by Head of AML\/CFT.<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain strict confidentiality of STRs either under investigation, filing or field.<\/div>
\u2022 Accountable for investigate the STR based on system and escalate report them to CBM\/MFIU.<\/div>
\u2022 Responsible to monitor customer’s transactions for possible Fraud or ML\/TF activities.<\/div>

Job Requirements<\/strong><\/div>
\u2022 Must be graduated with LLB<\/div>
\u2022 Experience in banking & microfinance sector is preferred<\/div>
\u2022 Sound knowledge on government & financial regulations and law<\/div>
\u2022 Sound knowledge of CBM and FIU related matters<\/div>
\u2022 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills<\/div>
\u2022 Good command of English (both written and spoken)<\/div>
\u2022 Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively.<\/div>
\u2022 Good Interpersonal, Communication and reporting skill<\/div>
