Responsible for managing daily sales, payment vouchers, and stock transactions. Ensure accurate financial records, update outstanding payments, and handle administrative tasks like reporting, document filing, and occasional tax office visits.<\/p>\n\n

  2. Sales Invoice Recording.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Payment & Voucher Management.<\/li>\n\n
  4. Outstanding Payments Tracking.<\/li>\n\n
  5. Inventory Recording.<\/li>\n\n
  6. MYOB Data Entry.<\/li>\n\n
  7. Sales Quantity Reporting.<\/li>\n\n
  8. Occasional Tax Office Visits.<\/li>\n\n
  9. Document Printing & Filing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements<\/h5>\n

    1. Any Graduated<\/li>\n
    2. Minimum of LCCI level II or III (UK)<\/li>\n
    3. Working experience must be above 1 Year<\/li>\n
    4. Must have excellent Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel)<\/li>\n
    5. Willing to travel to Government Tax Office<\/li>\n
    6. Must have good communication skill if plus<\/li>\n
    7. Fulfill the assigned duties from senior & managing director<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
