Job Description<\/div>
– Manage information technology and computer systems<\/div>
– Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems<\/div>
– Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time<\/div>
– Hardware (laptops, projectors, printers) and Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)<\/div>
– Provide technical support for MIS systems<\/div>
– Server management like Web Server, AP and DB Server<\/div>
– Performance maintenance activities, sometimes troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration of laptops, device Access management & control<\/div>
– Skills with diagnostic tools including the output from network management systems, router and switch diagnostics<\/div>
– Implements changes to Network infrastructure hardware in order to correct errors or enhance functionality<\/div>

Job Requirements<\/div>
– Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of IT officer or relevant experience<\/div>
– Report to Deputy Managing Director<\/div>
– Holder of Bachelor’s degree related to Diploma in Networking, A+, Network Knowledge and Knowledge of VPN connection.<\/div>
– Understand and are able to provide user support and resolve problems related to the different uses of computing systems<\/div>
– Experience in network management, IT systems, and applications<\/div>
– Experience installing server applications and programming skills such as Python<\/div>
– Excellent Organizational and Coordination abilities and attention to details<\/div>
– An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints<\/div>
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently<\/div>
– Manage, monitor and evaluate the different activities related to computer systems and Information technology<\/div>
– Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware\/software systems.<\/div>
– Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation<\/div>
– Must be knowledgeable in software and hardware and critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to details<\/div>
