1. Senior Loan Officer

• Male / Female
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Age between 25 to 40 years old
• Must have at least (3) years of experience in Microfinance
• Must be proficient and knowledgeable in financial operations and procedures
• Must be able to submit a recommendation letter from previous employment
• Must possess good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and collaboration skills
• Must be someone who desires a long-term career commitment
• Must be able to serve in assigned townships based on operational requirements
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle proficiently and hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license
