Hiring Assistant (Risk Management)

NongHyup Finance Myanmar is recruiting Risk Management Assistant

Department: Risk Management
Location: Myanmar Plaza (Head Office)

 

Job Purpose

To provide administrative and operational support to the Risk Management Department by assisting with internal training coordination, preparing risk management reports, maintaining department records, and supporting the implementation of risk management activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in organizing and coordinating internal risk management training programs, including training schedules, participant registration, venue arrangements, and training materials.
  2. Prepare, compile, and maintain risk management reports, presentations, and supporting documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Collect, validate and consolidate data from relevant departments for risk monitoring and reporting purposes.
  4. Maintain proper filing and version control and documentation of risk management records, policies, procedures, and meeting minutes.
  5. Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items related to Risk Management Committee meetings. Track follow-up actions and maintain action item status
  6. Support the implementation and monitoring of risk management policies, procedures, and internal control activities.
  7. Coordinate with various departments to obtain required information for risk assessments and reporting.
  8. Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements and maintaining relevant documentation.
  9. Perform administrative duties for the Risk Management Department, including correspondence, document control, and record keeping.
  10. Carry out other duties assigned by the Head of Risk Management.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Experience

  • 1–2 years of working experience in banking, microfinance, finance, administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in preparing reports and coordinating internal training programs.
  • Experience in banking or microfinance industry will be an advantage.

Skills

  • Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Data Management(Ability to organize, validate and analyze operational data.)
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good document management and record control skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
