NongHyup Finance Myanmar successfully conducted Loan Officer Refresher Training for Loan Officers at Branch 12 and Branch 13.
The training was designed to refresh and strengthen the participants’ knowledge and skills related to loan operations, enabling them to effectively apply proper lending procedures and policies in their daily work.The training also aimed to enhance the participants’ practical knowledge, improve their ability to manage loan-related activities, and provide better and more effective services to customers.
Through this refresher training, the Loan Officers were able to review key aspects of their responsibilities, strengthen their understanding of loan processes, and further develop their professional capabilities to support the effective operations of their respective branches.
