        Our parent company, နုန်းယောပ့်ဘဏ်, was founded in 1961 in the Republic of Korea and has grown into one of the country’s top four financial institutions. With its long-standing mission to support farmers and rural development, NongHyup Finance Myanmar continues that tradition by delivering financial services aimed at poverty reduction and agricultural advancement in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

        နုန်းယောပ့်ဘဏ် plays a pivotal role in Korea’s financial sector, with over 90% of its services dedicated to the agricultural economy. Recognized as the Nation’s No. 1 Social Contribution Bank for five consecutive years, it actively engages in programs that strengthen communities and foster inclusive growth.Building on more than 50 years of expertise  and know-how, NongHyup Finance Myanmar began its microfinance operations in 2016. Looking forward, the company aims to expand beyond microfinance into distribution and broader economic development initiatives — with a focus not only on financial returns but also on sustainable support for မြန်မာ’s agricultural and rural development.

        NongHyup Finance Myanmar received its temporary microfinance license on October 28, 2016, and was granted its permanent license on January 12, 2018. Today, we operate across 14 townships in Yangon Region နှင့် 11 townships in Ayeyarwady Region, serving communities with reliable and responsible financial services.
