The Compliance Department conducts monthly online awareness sessions on Financial Institutions Law concerning with AML/CFT For the month of November.

On November 28, 2025, a session was held for 284 staff members from each Branch including HO Departments.

The key topics discussed during the online sessions with the staff: 

• Financial Institutions Law (2016)
• Record Retention and Shredding Policy
• Code of conduct for Executives and Employees
• Internal Reporting System
• Don’t use the personal information of clients without agreement
