Job Description

– Manage information technology and computer systems

– Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

– Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

– Hardware (laptops, projectors, printers) and Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)

– Provide technical support for MIS systems

– Server management like Web Server, AP and DB Server

– Performance maintenance activities, sometimes troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration of laptops, device Access management & control

– Skills with diagnostic tools including the output from network management systems, router and switch diagnostics

– Implements changes to Network infrastructure hardware in order to correct errors or enhance functionality

 

 

Job Requirements

– Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of IT officer or relevant experience

– Report to Deputy Managing Director

– Holder of Bachelor’s degree related to Diploma in Networking, A+, Network Knowledge and Knowledge of VPN connection.

– Understand and are able to provide user support and resolve problems related to the different uses of computing systems

– Experience in network management, IT systems, and applications

– Experience installing server applications and programming skills such as Python

– Excellent Organizational and Coordination abilities and attention to details

– An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints

– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

– Manage, monitor and evaluate the different activities related to computer systems and Information technology

– Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.

– Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation

– Must be knowledgeable in software and hardware and critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to details
